Processing

Delivery forms
We supply flat copper anodes for sulphuric acid copper baths in standard dimensions.

The anodes usually have a dimension of 200 mm width and 10 mm thickness.
The length varies according to customer requirements and can be supplied at short notice up to a length of 2,400 mm.

Processing
The anodes can be assembled by us ready for hanging and can be provided with drillings according to your wishes.

Billet anodes

Delivery forms
We supply phosphorus-alloyed copper billet anodes for sulphuric acid baths.

Dimensions
The phosphorus-alloyed copper billet anodes are manufactured in the dimensions 78 x 39 mm.

Processing
As further packing are possible:

  • threaded hole M 10 x 30 at the front for the insertion of a suspension hook
  • Anode ready for mounting, assembled with hooks as required (various hooks made of E-Cu material are available)
  • Anode holes transverse to the profile for hanging on holding devices
  • Packing according to your wishes and specifications

Cu-Clippings

Kupfer (lat. Cuprum) ist ein chemisches Element mit dem Elementsymbol Cu und der Ordnungszahl 29. Es ist ein Übergangsmetall, im Periodensystem steht es in der 4. Periode und der 1. Nebengruppe (nach neuer Zählung Gruppe 11) oder Kupfergruppe. Der lateinische Name cuprum ist abgeleitet von (aes) cyprium „Erz von der griechischen Insel Zypern“, auf der im Altertum Kupfer gewonnen wurde. Kupfer ist als relativ weiches Metall gut formbar und zäh. Als hervorragender Wärme- und Stromleiter findet es vielseitige Verwendung. Darüber hinaus zählt es auch zur Gruppe der Münzmetalle. Als schwach reaktives Schwermetall gehört Kupfer zu den Halbedelmetallen.
